- Walking you through setup step-by-step to ensure hearing aid wires and domes fit comfortably

Telehealth services through Jabra Enhance are available for members residing in all 50 states and Washington, DC, only.
How do I pay for OTC hearing aids?
UnitedHealthcare Hearing accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
HSA and FSA dollars may also be used but payment must be in full, split payments are not accepted.
Has this product been reviewed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)?
Hearing aids must comply with FDA requirements and are generally classified as exempt medical devices with the FDA, so they typically don't require specific review or approval from the FDA to be considered legitimate and safe to use. See this FDA page for more information.

Will I need to set up these hearing aids once I receive them?

Your purchase comes with 2 years of virtual audiology support which includes a personalized orientation session with a hearing specialist. They can help you program your hearing aids, ensure a comfortable fit, and guide you through using them and the app with ease.
What does it mean to have Lifetime Support?
