Intuitive Lexie app: The free Lexie app gives you unbelievable control and customization through self-tuning, and education resources to guide you on your hearing aid journey. Self-fitting: Fit, tune, and adjust your hearing aids yourself to suit your individual needs through the Lexie app with clinically proven2 customization. Each pair of Lexie B2 Plus Hearing Aids is shipped with three different sizes of open and closed domes so you can find the most comfortable fit and a size 2 receiver-in-canal (RIC) wire. If you think you need a different size RIC wire, Lexie Hearing will provide a different size at no charge within the first 45 days of ownership.
Noise management & directionality control : Beyond feedback cancellation, Lexie B2 Plus Hearing Aids integrates two different kinds of technologies to improve your listening experience in a variety of noisy situations. In addition, the directionality of its two microphones can be switched between “Everywhere” and “Front” modes, so you can choose between hearing sounds around you or the sound that’s in front of you.
Rechargeable: Get a full day of better hearing (up to 18 hours) from just a 3-hour charge. Additionally, as part of your AARP bundle offer, you will receive an extra charging case that also includes its own cable to charge your hearing aids while plugged in.
On-device volume controls: Each hearing aid includes a toggle switch to raise and lower volume as well as power each device on and off. Voice prompts will tell you when you’ve reached maximum and minimum volume levels.
Environment settings: Create the optimal sound experience for the environment you're in by choosing from 4 program options—or by creating up to 10 of your own.
Bluetooth® streaming3: Stream phone calls from your iOS® or Android™ device with these FDA-cleared Bluetooth-enabled hearing aids. While music and media streaming is possible, it is not optimal.

Warranty: Lexie B2 hearing aids come with a 1-year warranty that covers manufacturing and performance defects. Within that 1-year period, if Lexie Hearing finds your hearing aids to be defective, they will repair or replace them free of charge.
Returns: Devices can be returned to Lexie Hearing for a refund within 45 days of purchase. For more information, please read Lexie's return policy.

Who should use OTC hearing aids?
OTC hearing aids are intended for individuals 18 or older with perceived mild-to-moderate hearing impairment.
Who do I contact for support once I receive my hearing aid?
You can contact Lexie Hearing with questions about your hearing aid. Email [email protected] or call (888)-685-1918. Customer service is available Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM CST, and Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM CST. Closed Sundays.
How do I pay for OTC hearing aids?
UnitedHealthcare Hearing accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. HSA and FSA dollars may also be used but payment must be in full, split payments are not accepted.
Is this product FDA-cleared?

Will I need to set up these hearing aids once I receive them?
Yes, you will need to set up your hearing aids before using them. Your purchase comes with a user manual and quick start guide to help walk you through setup. You also have the option to work with one of our Lexie Experts for help with setup and troubleshooting if needed.
